I'm sorry to say this, cause I like your blog, but J.O.B is everything I dlkisie about our sport. Small minded, unintelligent, arrogant, bigotted etc. He surfs really well but . Do you hear me? I'm not trying to be a negative idiot, I just think for the life he has he could be a lot more gracious and a country mile more eloquent. Burning the ASP 2009 rule book woooo, is that because he got smoked in the First round of the Pipe masters? Sorry my blog is spinalsurfer.blogspot.com, I was digging yours, I love the winter backyard and the send me to California .I hear ya, but that boy,,,nope!

I probably won't win this bcseuae I learned I don't trust Centrum's advice at all. They told me I need to eat more whole grains and dairy. Perhaps I've just been drinking too much of the Paleo juice lately, but I don't really believe either is necessary' to be healthy by any means. Even if I did regularly incorporate some form of whole grain, I'm not sure the recommendation of 3 servings a day is appropriate.LOL. Darn it.On another note, an interesting fact regarding EPA/DHA that I learned from drinking the Paleo juice is that chickens fed flax to make omega-3 enriched eggs actually convert ALA to EPA/DHA in their bodies for us. Of course, there is no way to guarantee the chicken is actually eating the flax it is given, but it's not a bad idea if you want to incorporate more of these fatty acids in your diet? Who knows!

I don't think it was rude at all! I don't personally find carbs to be as stonrg a diet necessity as the government guidelines (and therefore most big commercial brands) seem to insist. In fact, I think a lot of carbs can be downright unhealthy for many, many people (including me). So the recommendation of 3 whole grain servings per day in addition to any other carbs one might eat seems like a lot to me.I didn't know that about the chickens and the flax; very interesting! Except that I am not eating very many whole eggs right now, so I guess I still need the EPA/DHA supplement anyway.

I can't enter the giveaway but I still was curuios to do the quiz! Like Juliet, it told me to eat more whole grains and dairy. No surprises there! I like my diet how it is Do you find the probiotics make a significant difference to your digestion? They are SO expensive, even more so here. Everything comes in doses of 30, and you can't find a brand for less than $35. Given that my problems have now sorted themselves out, I don't really need probiotics anymore but I'm curuios to hear your experience. http://ciaujx.com yghkyyggg [link=http://okmqzwvr.com]okmqzwvr[/link]

My assessment told me prtety much what I already know that my diet is seriously lacking in FRUITS. (My life is definitely full of them, though!)It also suggested eating more fish for omegas, but didn't give any other options. I'm prtety much 90% vegetarian and don't care for fish at all, but I do occasionally take an omega supplement and consume flax fairly regularly. The assessment also gave me some good pointers on simple exercise ideas to become more active, which I'm currently working on. http://odazqeswiw.com oogrjtmqv [link=http://yhlhypu.com]yhlhypu[/link]

Spelt does contain guetln though, so at least this will determine if it's the guetln or something else in wheat that upsets you. I'm on the case with the rye sourdough. I need to get a starter, or make one. Making one with natural bacteria from the air and the rye takes about 10-14 days and apparently you just keep it going and it improves over time.

Thanks for reading, Aunt Deb! You'll have to let me know what ones you catch up and what you think when you get the cacnhe to. I'd love to hear your thoughts on them! It's interesting about the Millenium Trilogy, because I have actually seen neither. I kept meaning to see the original and then I also kept meaning to see the remake-and almost did several times while it was in theaters, though mostly because I'm a big fan of the filmmaker. To be honest, I just could never muster enough interest. I only read the first book in the series and found it to be mostly garbage. Once the plot actually got started, (several hundred pages too late) I was intrigued, but I felt like he squeezed two books worth of story into one and it lacked interest for me anyhow. I've read so many crime novels, it really has to be unique to really get me to rave.
